Since I am going to move to LA for work next year, I have already been searching for homes for rent by owner near the area where I will be working I wanted the house where I will be renting to be specifically near the place where I work so that I will not spend more time travelling just to get to work or to get home from work I still do not have enough money to buy me a house of my own, so I might as well just rent for now I still do not have an idea if I will be staying in LA for good. Staying in an apartment or a rental house would be totally fine, just as long as the place has a kitchen and a bath, good ventilation and has a safe neighbourhood I have a dog pet with me and it would be great if I find a rental house or apartment that would allow pets I still have to know my way through LA, and which are the safe places to go I used the search engine Bing in trying to find homes for rent by owner in LA. Having deals with the direct owner of the home will always be more advantageous compared to renting a home that is owned by huge companies The owner would be able to understand your specific needs as a tenant if you know him or her personally The only feeling I am getting about my decision to move to LA is excitement.
